Do take note for more points in our agenda
"The Queen is indeed patron, but I think you may do better to write to Prince Charles as Vice-Patron. As for lines of responsibility and control, that I fear is a deep-seated problem with the British Council, which has successfully avoided any functioning accountability mechanism. And because its decisions are opaque and dissipated, finding "the right person" is near enough impossible. That's why I suggest writing to as many people as possible, and getting as many people as possible to speak for you. It may not work, but it is I think the best chance you've got."
